Because your time behind the wheel is what pays the bills. Most owner-operators get into trucking to haul freight. Then they find their evenings eaten up by load boards, broker calls, and paperwork. Echo Haul takes that office work off your plate. We find and book loads, negotiate rates, talk to brokers, and keep your documents organized, so you can spend more of your week driving. On every load, we push for a rate that fits your operating costs instead of taking the first offer.

Getting set up is simple:

1. Contact us by phone, email, or through our carrier setup form.
2. A member of our team will reach out to learn about your truck, lanes, and goals.
3. We’ll send you our Dispatch Service Agreement. Review it, sign it, and return it along with your carrier packet:
   
   • W-9
   • MC/DOT authority letter
   • Certificate of insurance
   • Limited power of attorney (lets us speak with brokers on your behalf)
   • Notice of assignment from your factoring company, if you use one

Once your paperwork is in, we start searching for loads.

Can I review the Dispatch Service Agreement before signing?

Yes. We encourage it. You can request a copy by:

Your authority documents, insurance details, rates, and broker relationships belong to you. Echo Haul Dispatch uses your information only to provide dispatch services for your business. We do not sell it or share it with outside parties except as needed to book and manage your loads, such as sending your carrier packet to a broker you’ve approved.

Your dispatch fee is set in your signed agreement. If anything changes, we’ll tell you in writing ahead of time.

We only get paid when you do. Our fee is [X%] of the gross rate on loads we book for you. for example, “We send you an invoice every Friday for the loads delivered that week, with payment due the following Monday".You never pay for dispatch services in advance.

Often, no. Hiring a full-time dispatcher means recruiting, salary, training, software, and load board subscriptions, plus covering the gaps when that person is sick or quits. With Echo Haul, you pay a percentage only on loads we book. You get an experienced dispatch team without the overhead of an employee.
